Loved the Bourbon. Not the service

When I ordered this as a gift, I thought there would be a gift option. There wasn’t. I then called and left a voicemail and also emailed requesting that they include a gift message or at least not include the receipt. I never received even the courtesy of an acknowledgment of my inquiries. I will purchase elsewhere in the future.
