Never delivered

I wish I could tell you how it was but it was never delivered to me! I was charged for it but it was never delivered. None of my email messages were ever answered. I've sent 7 messages requesting an update but NONE of them were ever answered. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE! And they never refunded my credit card.
